Transformation Working Group

Design a plan and make recommendations to the Provost and People First Steering Committee for a strategic HR model and reorganization at KU’s Lawrence and Edwards Campuses that align with industry best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Acts as internal liaison for project coordination and execution
  • Works closely with Segal to learn best practices and to clarify current practices and identify issues
  • Provides project management support, including data and other resources
  • Provides feedback and guidance on key decisions
